This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the company collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from customers. This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by the company.

All users are bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). By using the site, you recognise that you’ve read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. Should there be any clause in these T&Cs that you do not understand, the onus is on you to ask Insect Science to explain the relevant clause to you before you accept the T&Cs by using or buying from the site.

Insect Science may, at its own discretion, change these terms and conditions or any part thereof. As indicated in the T&Cs, it is the responsibility of the registered account holder or user to familiarise themselves with the T&Cs before using the site. By registering, or using the site at all, you recognise that you’ve read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.

Any and all copyright relating to the website, including these terms and conditions, is held by Insect Science. All rights not expressly given are reserved. You may download, view and print content from this site only for private and non-commercial ends.
- Returns Policy (as per QMS 9.7)

Issue no.: 2- We want our customers to be happy, but should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase due to the following:
- You have received the wrong item due to a fault of Insect Science;
- The item was damaged in transit.
- Please inform us within 24hrs of receiving the item by contacting us at info@insectscience.co.za and we will contact you.
- Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, you have 7 days to return the item. Please follow the steps below when returning an item:
- Contact info@insectscience.co.za within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- Ensure that the product is in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return should the item be damaged, broken seals or out of its original packaging.
- Shipping cost, should you wish to return an item, will be for your account.
- After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect and process your refund.
- The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may be 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If purchased on account a credit note will be processed.
- All PheroLure-based products are exempt from returns.
